Financial Aid Disbursement
After you have enrolled in classes, we will review your financial aid application. If you meet the Priority Due Date for the quarter, we will place a ‘Tuition Deferred – Possible FA’ hold on your account. If awarded financial aid, the funds are scheduled to begin disbursing during the first week of the quarter.
Setting Up Your Refund
Once your application is complete, check your email for instructions on how to select a refund preference or follow the link below. You must have a valid mobile phone number. If you do not make a selection, your funds may be delayed or mailed via paper check. Clover Park Technical College delivers your refund through a partnered refund service called BankMobile, a joint banking service provided by First Carolina Bank. Additional details and information are found on their platform.
