The Veterans Affairs Registration Clerk currently monitors over 400 students claiming VA benefits, including all GI Bill® benefit types.
The VA Registration Clerk takes a hands-on approach to you and your education benefits. In order to facilitate this, the VA Registration Clerk requires a one-on-one orientation with you before processing your enrollment to VA.
The preferred way would be for an in-person orientation. Appointments will generally take about ½ hour, less if you are familiar with your benefits or claimed them at another school.
