Our menus change quarterly, with a specials menu entirely designed by advanced students changing every two weeks.
For lunch reservations call 253-589-5889 or use the reservations widget on the right margin. Reservations can be made thirty days in advance. We are closed between quarters, approximately three to four weeks for the students break and training.
Please understand if you call, students are in classes all over campus or online and do not monitor the phone. Phone messages will be checked Wednesday and Thursday mornings and a return call will be made at that time.
We accept cash (please no $50 or $100 bills), Visa and MasterCard.
The Rainier Room is a teaching environment and we want students and diners alike to have a positive experience. Parties of 8 or more will be divided into smaller groups.
