I am pleased to highlight the professional journey and accomplishments of Mr. Marcus Dafe, a dedicated culinary graduate who has consistently demonstrated ambition, skill, and upward mobility in the food service industry.
Marcus holds an Associate of Arts degree in Culinary Arts, a foundation that has supported his growth in a variety of demanding culinary environments. His experience includes working at the renowned Emerald Queen Casino, where he contributed to high-volume service operations, and at Stone Creek Nursing Home, where he displayed technical skill, compassion, and consistency in serving a vulnerable population.
Currently, Marcus is serving at the Dining Facility (DFAC) on Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), where he continues to elevate his professional profile. This position represents a meaningful step forward in both responsibility and financial stability, contributing directly to his goals of equity and career advancement.
