As the college continues to deliver support services via a variety of support options to support students, here are important college resources to help you navigate learning and accessing services.

Support Services

College services are available through a variety of options; virtual and remote services, in-person, by-appointment only and in-person, drop-in services. Please visit www.cptc.edu/virtual to access your full array of student support services, hours of operation or schedule an appointment. 

Paying for College

To make CPTC as accessible as possible and ensure finances are not a barrier to pursuing an education, there are a number of different ways to pay for your education at CPTC. To learn more about funding options, please visit https://www.cptc.edu/pay-for-cptc.

Managing Valuable Information

Enrolled students can manage their schedules, finances and personal info for enrollment services, advising and counseling, transcripts and program completion and other valuable information by visiting https://www.cptc.edu/mycc.

Complimentary Groceries

The Department of Student Life operates an on-campus Food Pantry that serves any student once a month. Additionally, Tacoma & Pierce County Food Banks are accessible to Clover Park Technical College students. For more information, and to pick-up your complimentary groceries please visit www.cptc.edu/food-pantry.

Learning Resource Center 

During the academic quarter, the Learning Resource Center (Building 15) is open from 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday. Library, Computer Lab, Tutoring and eLearning services are available for free to all CPTC and NWCTHS students. All LRC services are available on campus; online tutoring is available via the eTutoring Consortium.  Questions?  Contact the LRC at 253-589-5544 or cptclibrary@cptc.edu.

Accessing Student Email

Your student email account is your log-in for the college network and fastest way to stay up-to-date on Clover Park Technical College information and events as well as communicate with faculty. Visit https://www.cptc.edu/lrc/email-help to set-up your email account. If you have any problems setting up your account, please contact the LRC Computer Lab at 253-589-5820 or libtech@cptc.edu.

Get Started with Canvas

Canvas is the college’s learning management system. All courses at Clover Park Technical College utilize Canvas. We encourage students to familiarize themselves with Canvas prior to the first day of class to ensure you are prepared. Visit https://www.cptc.edu/canvas-help to set-up and log-in to Canvas. If any students are having technical problems with Canvas, please contact Brady Hageman at 253-589-4534 or brady.hageman@cptc.edu.

Community Resources

CPTC maintains a list of resources to assist members of our College community who are facing a crisis such as homelessness, sexual trauma, food insecurity, addiction, or other difficulties.
