- Embed Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) across all governance.
- Merge Equity Council into College Council.
- Establish Institutional Sustainability Council.
- Encourage co-chair/tri-chair models.
- Reaffirm and align council roles, charges, and membership.
- Expand engagement to include more students and front-line staff.
