Activate My ctcLink Account

Daily Drop-In Support is available either via Zoom or in the LRC (Building 15) from 9:30 AM to 4 PM.

Please follow these steps when activating your account for the first time.

Step 1: Look up your new ctcLink ID

Use the ctcLink ID Look-Up Tool to find your new ctcLink ID

Step 2: Activate Your Account.

Step 3: Log into ctcLink


Use your ctcLink ID and your newly created password to login:

Step 4: Manage Your Details.

To check your personal details refer to the appropriate knowledge base article

Step 5: Complete your Immunization Attestation

Check or Update your Immunization Attestation by referring to the knowledge base articles


With our new ticketing system, you will be able to: submit a ctcLink help ticket, track your ticket's progress, find step-by-step guides for navigating ctcLink 

ctcLink for Students

ctcLink will improve how Clover Park provides services to students. Students will be better able to access and manage their college experience with expanded mobile-friendly tools that are available online 24 hours per day.

ctcLink for Employees

ctcLink will enable faculty and staff to use online and integrated tools in a modern, consistent way. Support and resources for all employees.

ctcLink Ticketing System

The ctcLink ticketing system allows students and employees to request help with your ctcLink issues through services and provides knowledge base articles that are step-by-step guides on how to navigate and use ctcLink

Benefits of ctcLink

ctcLink will change many of the ways we do things. Once implemented, Clover Park will have a modern suite of online tools and a set of common core business processes.
