Access Your ctcLink Account


Daily drop-in support is available from 9:30 AM to 4 PM
in the LRC (Bldg 15), via Zoom, or at 253-589-5820.

 

With CPTC's new support desk and knowledge base system, you can find step-by-step guides or submit a ctcLink help ticket and track a ticket's progress.

Please follow these steps when activating your account for the first time.

Step 1: Look up your new ctcLink ID

Step 2: Activate Your Account.

Step 3: Log into ctcLink

 

Use your ctcLink ID and your newly created password to login: gateway.ctclink.us

Step 4: Manage Your Details.

To check your personal details refer to the appropriate knowledge base article

Step 5: Complete your Immunization Attestation

Check or Update your Immunization Attestation by referring to the knowledge base articles

ctcLink Faculty Intranet Site

The intranet page has additional information regarding job-specific duties for faculty including faculty center, my schedule, class roster, grade roster, advisor center, and faculty contract information. 

ctcLink Staff Intranet Site

The intranet page has additional information regarding job-specific duties for staff divided by job function and pillar.

With the ctcLink Student Homepage, you can manage essential registration tasks, view your academic records, connect with your advisor, and access your financial information 24/7 from any internet-enabled computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
