Meet Carrie Van Beek
Carrie Van Beek is the faculty counselor to the Schools of Aerospace and Aviation and Business and Personal Services . He will discuss the role of the advisor, expectations of advisees, share academic success tips and host a Q&A.

Digital Technology Tools 
Instruction representatives from the Learning Resource Center will conduct an orientation of the digital tools and web-based resources that students will need to utilize to be successful in a virtual, web-based learning environment. At the end of the presentation, there will be time to ask questions!

Q&A with the Vice President for Student Success 
Join the Vice President for Student Success and Student Success Leadership Team for a question and answer session about all things related to Clover Park Technical College; programs and services that engage students in learning and personal development, navigating college during a global pandemic and much more!

Student Life: Activities, Advocacy, Food Security Programs and more!
Student Life Staff will talk about college resources, program services available to students, food programs, bus passes, Student Leadership, Fitness, & Diversity Centers, safety, security and parking and how to get involved on campus events, clubs and organizations!

Paying for College
Representatives from the offices of Student Aid & Scholarships and Workforce Development will discuss different forms of aid, important reminders and deadlines, share funding sources and host a Q&A.

Kevin Kildun is the faculty counselor to the Schools of Health & Human Development, Nursing and Running Start and Annemarie Solbrack is the faculty counselor to the Schools of Science, Technology, Engineering and Design. They will discuss the role of the advisor, expectations of advisees, share academic success tips and host a Q&A.

Instructional representatives from the Learning Resource Center will conduct an orientation to the support services and assistance available through the Library and Tutoring Center. Find out how and when to connect with Tutors covering a wide range of topics. At the end of the presentation, there will be time to ask questions!

Faculty member Haleigh Phillips will cover strategies to help you navigate a remote, virtual, distance learning experience like a professional! Whether this is your first time with web-based/hybrid classes or your fifth!
