Clover Park Technical College has received CRRSAA funds to support currently enrolled students with their academic costs.

CPTC is providing targeted relief funds to students who are incurring the highest cost of  attendance (COA).  We have implemented a tiered awarding structure (see below) that includes tuition, fees, books and supplies. These are all elements of COA used to identify the students with exceptional need and guides the disbursement of funds.

Cost of Attendance Ranges

Tier 1

Tier 2

$5,000 - $9,999

Tier 3

$10,000 - 19,999

Tier 4

$20,000 - $29,999

Tier 5

To directly assist currently enrolled students with their academic costs.

Funding will begin at the start of spring quarter and will continue to be disbursed in batches aligning with the tiered system.

Attention Students:
You may notice over the next few weeks an unexpected disbursement of funds. The Federal Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations (CRRSAA) funds for qualifying students provides targeted relief funds to students who are incurring the highest cost of attendance (COA). We encourage you to utilize these funds to support your educational journey.

Important Note for Students on Financial Aid Suspension:
At this time, it may appear as if your tuition and fees for Spring Quarter have been covered. However, if you have not completed a Financial Aid Appeal by the 5th day of the quarter, April 9, 2021, you may be dropped from your classes for non-payment. Please plan to submit an appeal or make alternate arrangements to pay your tuition balance. Please check out the Tuition Installment Plan for more information or Contact Student Aid & Scholarships at:

On behalf of the CRRSAA Student Funding Committee and the Student Career & Financial Services Pillar, we thank you for your attention to this matter.

Awards determined based on the Cost of Attendance for the full program currently listed with enrollment services. To find out how much you have been awarded, please check your Financial Aid Portal for details.

You can expect a check to be mailed to the address on file with Clover Park Technical College. This method will take additional time (up to three weeks).

All students who are registered by the tenth day of spring quarter are eligible with the exception of Undocumented, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) and International students.
