  • Please log each time you arrive on campus and each time you leave. 
  • Everyone accessing campus facilities is required to document the event.
  • A visit requires two submissions - one upon arrival and a second just prior to departing for the day.
  • All fields are important: Document your health status as you arrive.
  • Document the places you visited and people you contacted as part of your departure submission.
  • If check in is not available in your building at the time desired, please check in inside Building 17.

  • South Hill Campus       6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
  • Building 3        6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
  • Building 5        7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. Monday through Thursday 
  • Building 8        7 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
  • Building 11      9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Monday, 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Wednesday
  • Building 12      8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday
  • Building 16      7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Monday, 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, 7:30 a.m. to 12:20 p.m. Wednesday, 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Thursday, and 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Friday
  • Building 17      5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
  • Building 19      7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. Monday through Friday
  • Building 21      6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Monday through Friday,  plus 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday, 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday
  • Building 23      5:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, plus 5:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday
  • Building 31      11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday
