Compensation
Administrators and faculty are compensated based on their Individual Employment Agreement. Agreements are effective July 1 through June 30. Administrator salaries are based on the Exempt Staff Salary Schedule and Faculty salaries are based on the Faculty Salary Schedule. Classified and Operating Engineer employees are paid in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement.
