Payroll
Pay Practices
Paydays will be the 10th and 25th of each month for position control employees. For all other employees, paydays will be the 25th of each month.
If the 10th or 25th falls on a Saturday, pay day will be on Friday; if the 10th or 25th falls on a Sunday, pay day will be on Monday. In the event that Monday is a holiday, payday will be on the preceding Friday.

COMPENSATION
Administrators and faculty are compensated based on their Individual Employment Agreement. Agreements are effective July 1 through June 30, unless noted differently. Administrator salaries are based on the Exempt Staff Salary Schedule and Faculty salaries are based on the Faculty Salary Schedule. Classified and Operating Engineer employees are paid a proration of their annual salary semi-monthly. Salaries are based on the Classified Salary Schedule or International Union of Operating Engineers Salary Schedule, accordingly. For more information on Classified and Operating Engineer employee salaries, please refer to the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement or contact the Office of human Resources at (253) 589-5542.
