Clerical Extra-help

Clerical extra-help opportunities are on-call. Continued employment is not guaranteed. Work hours and work location will vary depending on need.

The rate of pay will vary according to experience and union contracts.

If you would like to apply for a clerical extra-help position, please complete Clover Park Technical College’s employment application and submit it along with a cover letter and resume to the Human Resources Office.

Any department requesting clerical extra help will follow the procedure outlined below:

Obtain supervisors approval to request extra help.
Identify Budget Account Code from which to pay extra help.
Once the extra help person is selected, requestor completes an EIF and forwards it to the Payroll Office.
