Welcome to On-Line Registration

On-Line Registration allows eligible students to register on-line between the hours of 6:30 AM and 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday and 6:30 AM, Saturday through 6:30 AM, Monday.

Web registration will be closed from 3:50 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for processes related to the transition from clock hours to credits. We apologize for this inconvenience. Please register at another time.

 

Who is eligible?	New and Continuing students in good standing with the College.
Other Students	On-line registration is not available if you are a: High School student International Student Student with outstanding fees due to the College Please contact the Registrar at registrar@cptc.edu or call (253)589-5666 or come to Student Records during the hours of 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Pacific time, Monday through Thursday, or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday.
Tuition and Fees	Summer 2008 Tuition and Fees are due by May 22, 2008. Students with outstanding balances as of this date will be dropped for nonpayment. Re-registration will be on a space available basis. If you register after May 22, 2008, your tuition and fees are due at the time of registration. Prior to registration, you may view the Tuition and Fees for your Career Training program. After registration you can see your tuition and fees due by checking your schedule on the CPTC Student Kiosk.
Payment Methods	Pay On-Line   Continuing students only. Visa or Mastercard: www.cptc.edu/pay Pay by Mail     Send check or money order to Cashier 4500 Steilacoom Blvd SW Lakewood, WA 98499-4098 Please include your Student ID (SID) number on your check or money order to ensure your account is properly credited. Please do not send cash. Regulations forbid CPTC from accepting cash payment through the mail.   Pay by Phone     Use your Visa or MasterCard by calling (253)589-5620 or (253)589-5505 during the hours of 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Thursday or 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Friday. Please have your Student ID (SID) and credit card number ready when you call.   Pay in Person     Pay by cash, check or credit card at the Cashiering Office in Building 17 Room 102 on the CPTC Main Campus. Office hours are 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Thursday; 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Friday.
Financial Aid & Agency Funded Students	If you have qualified for Financial Aid or Agency Funding, all or part of your tuition and fees may be covered by your funding. This funding will be applied to any unpaid tuition or fees within two (2) working days of your registration. Unpaid tuition or fees after your funding is exhausted are your responsibility.
