How to Set up Your Student Email . . .

My.Clover.Connection Student Email

Step 1: Email Activation:

The day after you have registered at CPTC, go to www.cptc.edu and click on the My Clover Connection logo on the right side of the page. .

- On the left side of the page, click on the Sign In link.

- Enter Username and Password according to the following guidelines:

1. Your  Username is composed of your last name (in lower-case) as recorded in the Student Records office, and the last four digits of your CPTC student ID (SID) number.

2. Your default password is your date of (DOB), as recorded in the Student Records office.

3. Enter your DOB as Year, Month, Day. Like this: YYMMDD

  Example:  Student's name is George Washington (DOB: 22 Feb 1732) and an SID of 974-12-3456, then his logon would be:  

Username:  washington3456   Password: 320222

Step 2: Change your Password:

We recommend that you immediately change your password to prevent misuse of your account. While in your inbox, click Settings in the top right. Select the Accounts tab then select Change Password.
