When you are ready to use ANGEL in your classroom or develop a hybrid or fully online class, download and fill out this form. It needs to be signed by your Dean and then forwarded to eLearning and the Associate VP of Instruction for approval. Once approved, you will be given a Master classroom to begin constructing your class.
