Open to the public our restaurant provides patrons an exciting experience of classic and regional cuisine with an emphasizing on fresh seasonal foods.
Our menu’s change quarterly with a specials menu entirely designed by advanced students changing every two weeks. The specials menu allows the students to express their own personality in the foods they create while using all the skills learned throughout the program.
