Workfirst

WorkFirst participants are parents receiving TANF from the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services.

Additionally, low-income working parents may be eligible for funding for short-term job skills training.

Workfirst students can participate in job skills training by:

  • GED Prep Courses & High School completion
  • enrolling in Customized Job Skills Training programs
  • enrolling in High Wage High Demand career training
  • Vocational Education training

To get started, call the WorkFirst Office or stop by the WorkFirst office on the main campus in Building 16, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
