Refund of fees for the period in which disciplinary action is taken shall be in accordance with the college’s refund policy.
A student suspended or expelled on the basis of conduct which has disrupted the orderly operation of the campus or any facility of the college, may be denied access to all or any part of the campus or other facilities.
