Submit a Clover Park International Education Application
Submit Your Transcripts
Request your official transcripts from your current or any past college you have attended be sent directly to the CPTC International Education Office.
Submit copies of your I-20, I-94 and the visa page of your passport
Submit Transfer Clearance Form (which is included in your application materials)
This form to be completed by the advisor (DSO) at your current institution that you are in good standing.
