Courtesy of the Pastry Arts Program, Bon Sucré is a European-style bistro that serves pastries, cakes and cookies that are made fresh along with a variety of drinks that are available. The bistro is open Tuesday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. It is sure to cure any sweet tooth.
The Cascade Café is located in building 23 and is open from 7a.m. to 2p.m. It is a great place for lunch or a snack during your busy day of work and/or classes! Clover Perk is located in building 23 in the Atrium and is open Monday thru Friday from 7:30a.m. to 1:30p.m. We serve all your favorite coffee, espressos, and munchies! For special events please contact Jeri at 253-589-5654.
A coffee cart is located in Bldg. 8 and is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 to 1 p.m. The cart serves espresso and drip coffee along with soda, pre-made sandwiches and salads, and some pastries. The cart takes cash, Visa, Mastercard or debit cards.
