Through a second ESCO project, the College will once again leverage a Department of Commerce grant, utility incentive and local funds to make energy efficiency upgrades. These upgrades will include additional HVAC upgrades to Building 11, replacing outdated lighting in Building 22, and sub-metering Lakewood Campus buildings and connecting that information to a web-based energy-usage dashboard.
