Successful completion of this course qualifies students to seek work on closed circuit television surveillance system, fire and burglar alarm, communication systems, card-access system, and other equipment that enhances security. Students obtain valuable laboratory experience working on mock-ups of current fire /security systems.

Cost

Because the State of Washington contributes approximately 74 percent of the cost of students’ education this program is more affordable than most private institutions.
