The radio tower at Lakes High School (which transmits our radio station throughout the region) and our Building 11 Microwave Tower were brought back into FCC compliance as of the end of 2012. State capital funds were used to remove the lead paint from the towers, repaint both towers and repair the neglected tower buildings at Lakes High School and Building 11. These repairs will allow the college to market tower space and generate local funding for campus security and operations.
