The Sharon M. McGavick Student and Conference Center’s customizable space allows us to accommodate your event however you might need.
In the McGavick Student and Conference Center we have a conference-style board room for 12-15 people equipped with a mounted LCD system and mounted speakers for multimedia. Conveniently located down the hall from the main Conference Space the board room is close to the current amenities of our college food service and has a private entrance and exit out onto our outdoor terrace area.
The cost of the board room will be $250 dollars for a full day.
Our basic set ups are (pictures will be up soon):
Banquet - Round tables with chairs. We recommend 8 people per table, but it is possible to sit 10.
Theater - Rows of chairs facing the stage theater style.
Classroom - 6 foot tables in whatever configuration is appropriate for your presentation.
