Skilled automotive collision technicians may be employed in new car dealerships, independent auto collision shops, as collision damage appraisers, as well as industrial and government agency motor pools. Graduates of this program may enter the trade with considerable practical skills gained through actual “hands-on” repair experience throughout the program. Students have the opportunity to work on 'live' customer work. They participate in basic foundation experiences starting with the estimating process and continuing on through to detail and delivery of a customer vehicle.
