The Chief Human Resources and Legal Affairs Officer is the chief personnel officer of Clover Park Technical College. As such, this position has the responsibility for the administration, coordination, and implementation of the college’s Human Resources office. This position is also the college’s chief negotiator for labor relations, serves as the college’s Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity officer, and as the ADA coordinator.
