Graduation packets are available for pickup in the lobby of Building 17. Students who are currently enrolled must pick up a packet. Students who completed their program fall or winter quarter will be mailed a packet.

Caps and gowns will be available for purchase in the Bookstore starting June 3, 2013. A variety of sizes will be available for students to try on. The set consists of cap, gown, and tassel.
The cost of the set is approximately $21.99+ tax. Caps and gowns are a final sale.
To receive an Associate Degree or Certificate from Clover Park Technical College, a student must complete an Application for Graduation form in the Student Records Office and pay the non-refundable $20.00 fee. The application must be filed by the fourth week of the quarter in which the student expects to graduate.
Students who are completing their program requirements Fall and Winter quarter will receive a graduation packet in the mail. Graduating students must fill out the Application for Graduation and pay the fee in order to be on the mailing list to receive a packet.
Students completing their program requirements spring and summer quarter will pick up their graduation packet at the information desk located in the lobby of building 17.
An Associated of Applied Science–Transfer Degree (AAS-T) is awarded to students who satisfactorily complete the competencies and requirements in AAS-T degree programs as approved by the college’s Curriculum Committee and the State Board for Community and Technical Colleges The degree programs are listed in the program section of this Catalog.
A Certificate is awarded to students who satisfactorily complete the competencies and requirements for programs that are not defined as degree programs. Core academic courses are required in certificate programs of one academic year or more (more than 900 clock hours or 45 credits).
To graduate from CPTC, a student must take 50 percent of the required coursework at the College. At least 15 percent of the coursework must be the final clock hours taken before graduation.
To be eligible for graduation, a student must have a cumulative grade point average of no less than 2.0.
Clover Park Technical College curriculum is based on current industry standards. Returning CPTC students who left prior to completion of their program must meet the program’s graduation requirements as described in the current CPTC catalog.
A student is in good academic standing when the quarterly grade point average remains at or above 2.0.
To be eligible for Graduation, a student must have a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of at least a 2.0. Students must complete core academic classes in Math, English and Psychology if required by the program.
