To receive a Federal Direct Stafford Loan, you must complete both Direct Loan Entrance Counseling and a Direct Loan Master Promissory Note at the following web site:

From this web site, click on the green box that says “Sign in.” You will need your federal PIN number to sign in. This is the same federal PIN number that you used for your FAFSA application. Please note that if you previously signed into this web site, the green box will say “My Profile.”

Once you are signed in to the web site, you must:

• Click on “Complete Entrance Counseling” and follow all instructions.
• Click on “Complete Master Promissory Note” and follow all instructions.
