To receive a Federal Direct Stafford Loan, you must complete both Direct Loan Entrance Counseling and a Direct Loan Master Promissory Note at the following website:

From this website, click on the green box that says “Sign in.” You will need your federal PIN number to sign in. This is the same federal PIN number that you used for your FAFSA application. Please note that if you previously signed into this website, the green box will say “My Profile.”
