What Should I Bring to My EOC Appointment?

FAFSA Assistance (Independent)

  • Your Social Security number
  • Your driver’s license number, if you have one.
  • Your W-2 Forms or Federal Income Tax return for prior year.
    (2009 income info for 2010-2011 school year.)
  • Your current bank statements and records of stocks, bonds and other investments
  • Your records of other untaxed income received, such as Social Security, Temporary Assistance to Need Families (TANF), welfare or veteran’s benefits.
  • Your business or farm records, if applicable.
  • Your alien registration number, if you are not a U.S. citizen.
     

FAFSA Assistance (Dependent)

  • Your parent(s)’ Social Security number(s) and DOB(s).
  • Your parent(s)’ income and financial records.
    1. W-2 forms and Federal Income Tax Return.
      (2009 income info for 2010-2011 school year.)
    2. Current bank statements and record of stocks, bonds and other investments.
    3. Record of other untaxed income received, such as Social Security, TANF, welfare or veteran’s benefits.
