The Chief Human Resources and Legal Affairs Officer is the chief personnel officer of Clover Park Technical College. As such, this position has the responsibility for the administration, coordination, and implementation of the college's Human Resources office. This position is also the college's chief negotiator for labor relations, serves as the college's Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity officer, and as the ADA coordinator.

Kathleen is responsible for new hire orientations, faculty certification, maintenance of personnel files and related records, as well as assists with research relative to state and federal reports and investigations.
