Profile: Bill Mansfield
Bill Mansfield first joined Toastmasters International in 2000 for the purpose of overcoming the fear of speaking, either public or conversational. He quickly found his niche and worked through both the communication and leadership tracts.
In 2008 he achieved his second Distinguished Toastmaster designation, Toastmaster’s highest communication award. He culminated 3 years of district leadership as District Governor in 2011 and is currently the Chief Ambassador for the Revitalized Education Program.
Bill has been married to Marcia for just over 40 years. They have 4 children and 3 grandchildren. Marcia is a Distinguished Toastmaster in her own right and the two enjoy the Toastmasters experience together.
