Focuses on care of the pediatric patient from infancy through adolescence. Emphasis is on health assessment and promotion with consideration given to cultural perspectives and perspectives of the individual, family, and community. Definitions of health and quality of life issues are discussed. Prerequisites: NURS 208, NURS 211, NURS 212, NURS 214, NURS 215, NURS 217, and NURS 222.
