Covers the process of accurately processing dental insurance claim forms, making financial arrangements, and collecting on past-due accounts. Students will receive Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPA A) training. Students will have training and access 24 hours a day to the Dentrix Dental Software to learn and practice generating dental insurance claims, posting treatment, and payments. Prerequisite or Co-requisite: DBOA 104
