Meet Loren Davis

What initially attracted you to Clover Park Technical College?

Many comprehensive high schools serve students who are destined for 4-year institutions very well. Many students, however are better suited for career and technical training. Northwest Career and Technical High School on the Clover Park Technical College campus caters to the often overlooked population. I really liked how our programs focused on hands-on career training.

What would you say to someone who is considering a job at Clover Park Technical College?

I would tell someone considering applying for a position at CPTC to go ahead and do it! It’s a rewarding place to come and work every day.

What is your favorite part about working at Clover Park Technical College?

One of my favorite parts of working on the CPTC campus is that everyone, administration, faculty, and staff celebrates diversity. Our student population reflects the community in which we live. I like to tell people that CPTC and NWC&THS are in the student success business. If you attend our graduation you will see that we are making a difference in the lives of the people we serve.
