Welcome, New Students! Below you will find steps for guiding you through the admissions process.

Clover Park Technical College has two beautiful campuses; one in Lakewood, one in South Hill. You can set up group or individual tours below:


There’s nothing more valuable to your education than getting to meet your instructors in person! CPTC faculty are eager to help you understand what it takes to begin, continue and complete your program of interest. You’ll have the benefit of asking all your questions to include wages, job outlook, internships, costs (tuition, tools, supplies, uniforms, etc.).

If you’re a motivated, self-starter, who just needs to get pointed in the right direction and would like an overview of the five beginning steps in CPTC’s Enrollment Process, then the Getting Started Workshop is right for you.

In this workshop, you’ll be welcomed by presenters who are very knowledgeable about the steps to enrollment and are happy to guide you through the process of:

  • Admissions Application
  • Financial Aid
  • Math and English College Placement
  • Advising Sessions
  • Register for Classes


CPTC understands that for those new to the college process, getting started might seem very overwhelming and confusing.

If you prefer to meet with a person, one-on-one, to help guide you through the five beginning steps of CPTC’s Enrollment Process, then an Admissions Specialist is happy to help!

The Admissions Specialist will help you understand how to complete each step of CPTC’s Enrollment Process to include:

  • Admissions Application
  • Financial Aid
  • Math and English College Placement
  • Meet with Advisors
  • Register for Classes
