No matter what your age, any Clover Park Technical College course that you are interested in is for you. However, we feature these particular courses in our Plus 50 program.
More classes, more opportunities
The Plus 50 Initiative is open-ended because there is no
end to the kinds of things you may want to learn. Whether
your dream is to try your hand at floral arranging or to
become more proficient with new technologies, whether
you want inspiration for planning a trip or help setting up a
new business, we are here to help you achieve those goals.
Plus 50 offers both on-line and face-to-face classes that
will give you the skills and knowledge you need and want
for today’s high tech and green conscious society. We offer
computer technology courses at all levels and opportunities
to learn about and participate in the newest kinds of
environmental science to green construction.
Clover Park Technical College has always been a college with
a focus on employment. Pathway to Employment is a class
focused entirely on giving you the skills you need to get back
into the workforce from learning computer applications to
creating resumes, letters and job portfolios that work. We also
offer skills assessments and help with interviews.
In addition to the programs listed here, Clover Park Technical College develops
many additional classes in career areas (such as business, computer technology
and real estate) and classes for personal and professional enrichment, from
glassblowing to computers to how to start a second career.
